Our Story

A few years ago, I was visiting family in Abu Dhabi, and we were looking for a bagel spot that would continue our weekend breakfast tradition. Although we found a few cafes serving bagels, nothing quite hit the spot or gave us that nostalgic satisfaction of a chewy, soft, delicious New York bagel. From that moment, I was on a journey to bring a bite of the Big Apple to Abu Dhabi.

I’ve been involved in the food industry for over 30 years, based primarily out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From managing popular franchises to developing delicious recipes, I’ve brought my knowledge, experience, and passion into Bagel Factory. I take great pride in providing my customers with the freshest and tastiest bagels and foods, and I’m keen on ensuring that every person leaves satisfied.
